An inhabitant of Alizon, a baron of the line of Ternaka, father of Morev and his two brothers. He died during an attack by men from the Pagurian line on the family's hunting castle. (MAGIC STONE).

 Talgar

Alizonian. The eldest son of a peasant. He entered the service of Baron Esguir so that his father could pay the rent when hunting trampled his fields. He was involved in the abduction of a group of girls endowed with the Force. A kind-hearted man, he did not allow the girls to starve on the way and helped to free them when he found out what they were for when he found out what they were doing for Mallandor. He was a patriot, he didn't want to run away with the Estcarpians freeing the girls. Killed by Esguira for aiding his enemies. (FALCON MAGIC).

 Talisman of the Colder

The device Aldis used to track Loyse and learn about her thoughts. A tumor resembling a complex knot made of green metal, used by Kolder to control the thoughts of his slaves. (A WORLD OF WITCHES IN A TRAP).

 Tallan

One of the Oldest, probably an adept. His name was to be pronounced by Collard in a place of power to get magical help. (THE WITCH WORLD'S WITCHCRAFT).

 Tandis

Falconer. He served as a sailor on Sulkar ships for five years. During the war with Kolder, he accompanied Faltjar on a mission to the coast and was kidnapped and imprisoned on the same ship as Simon Tregarth. (WORLD OF WITCHES).

 Tansen Tree

A tree found in Estcarpa with branches covered with white flowers with pink hearts, giving off a sweet fragrance. (THE WIZARD OF THE WITCH WORLD).

 Dancing Dolphin

The Eslee Inn. A building made of dark logs, marked with a sign with faded inscriptions and an improbable shape in the water. It was owned by Mylt. (SONGWEAVER).

 Fair

One of the former Adepts of Darkness of Escore, fighting in the Last Battle. He was not one of the Great Adepts, but he wielded certain powers. Described as a man with a motionless, pale face and tousled red hair resembling a renthan's mane. He used a black wand topped with the faded skull of a small animal. In combat, he used matte black armor. His protection in case of mortal injury was a heart hidden somewhere in the caves of Escore. (MAGIC SWORDS).

 Fair, Heart

A part of Targi that is the source of his power. Described as a transparent skull inside, with colorful sparks pulsating with the power to control people's minds. Hidden in a sanctuary somewhere in the caves beneath Escore. An underground grotto was supposed to lead to the sanctuary, starting on a hill marked by three beaked obelisks the color of rust.  Tarlach

The Falconer, a squad captain who participated in High Hallack as a mercenary in the war against Alizon. Wounded at the beginning of the war, he has since been sensitive to the cold. After the war, he decided to accept Mrs. Una's commission to protect the Sea Fortress Valley. He arrived with his detachment in the Seahold Valley. Together with Una and several Falconers, he rescued the survivors of the Beautiful Mermaid. He traveled in search of the Star of Dion. He and a squad of Raven Field Sea Wolves defeated and killed Ogin. He became attached to and loved Mrs. Una, with whom he lived because of his duties as an intermediary between her as employer and his troops. In the Sea Fortress Valley, he was nicknamed the Mountain Hawk. He traveled with Una to Estcarp to persuade the Falconers to settle in the valley of Raven Field. Upon learning of the Sultanite invasion, he and the rest of the squad set out for Seakeep through the gate created by Gunnora. He commanded the defense of the Sea Keep against the Sultanites. After the Falconers accepted the Pact of Una, he was the rightful ruler of Ravenfield. Engaged to Una and married to her due to the Preservation of the Lands by the Falconers. (SEA FORTRESS).

 Teffan

One of the creatures described in the legends of the Sulkarians, which was encountered during the expedition to the southern seas. A creature with webbed wings, a long tail, and the ability to fly and walk perfectly. Covered with a thicket of short, sharp hairs. The lipless mouth revealed four long venom fangs. A prominent curved nose and a crest of long jagged bristles. The face and the whole figure gave the impression of a human caricature, semi-democic. They hunted in packs. (DEAD SHIP HARBOR).

 Telpher

A white gryphon encased in a crystal ball found by Kerovan in the Great Wasteland, freed from the crypt where Landisl rested. He was defeated by Galkur while protecting Joisan from his pernicious spells during the Battle of the Minds. (GRIFFIN IN GLORY).

 Tem

The Name of the Force pronounced by Wittle related to the Name of Hofer. (CAT GATE).

 The One Who Is Apart

A servant of darkness, living in a desolate muscle surrounded by a rotten forest with trees with faded leaves and gray branches. He tried to trap Kyllan with Keplian. (THREE AGAINST THE WORLD OF WITCHES).

 The one who waits on the other side

Mentioned by Firdun in a spell in the context of the will of the One Who Waits on the Other Side. (GATE CLOSURE).

 He Who Wears a Crown of Deer Horns

One of the nicknames of Kurnus, the Adept of Light from High Halllack. (CROWN OF DEER HORNS).

 Tephana

An inhabitant of the High Hallack Valley Lands, daughter of Fortal of Paltendale, third wife of Ulric. Tephana hated Kerovan, her second son, and her first child with Ulric because of his hooves. She asked Darl, the Adept Galkur, to give her the tools to fulfill her ambitions, but she did not understand that Gunnor and Landisl had broken the spell until it was too late. She bore Ulric a second child, a daughter named Lisana. Tephana planned to gain control of Ulmsdale for a relative of Rogear's, but an invasion by Alizon thwarted her plans. Tephana helped stop the Alizonian invasion of Ulmsdale, but in the process Ulmsport was destroyed. Tephana was destroyed when she summoned the powers of darkness to kill Kerovan. (CRYSTAL GRIFFIN).

 Terlor

Keplian, stallion. Young and wild. One of the foals saved by Eleeri from a werewolf attack, his mother was killed. On Eleeri's eighteenth birthday, his desire for dominance drove him to attack Hylan and Eleeri. Trampled to death by Tharna. (KEY OF THE KEPLIANS).

 Terlys

A young woman of the Kioga people, wife of Rigon, mother of Janos and Ennia, friend of Joisan. (GRIFFIN NEST).

 Ternaka, line

The House of Alzon. Thought to be extinct decades before the Great Stir as a result of a bloody vendetta between the Ternak and Pagurian lines. The possessions of the line passed half to the Grand Barons and half to the Pagurian line. It turned out that Morew, who came from this family and lived in Lormta, was the last descendant of the family. (MAGIC STONE).

Ternan

Representative of the Old Breed of emigration from Estcarp to Escore. A teacher of children in Jerrany's settlement. His father was a copyist and taught him everything he knew. When Mayrin is about 27 years old, he is too old to wield a sword. (KEY OF THE KEPLIANS).

 Terne of the Valley of the Green Skies

An acquaintance of Jerrany and Mayrin, similar to a mole. (KEY OF THE KEPLIANS).

 Thacmon

An Alizonian, a member of the gang that attacked Gillan at Arvon's gate. (YEAR OF THE UNICORN).

 Thalma

A resident of Anakue, Arvan. Ramey's sister. (GRIFFIN NEST).

 Thaney

An inhabitant of Arvon belonging to the House of Tsar Do Prawn, daughter of Erak, five years younger than Maughus's firstborn. As a child, she went to Garth Howell to study healing and protective magic, and she had the ability to do so. She was engaged to Kethan as a child. In the year of the Horned Cat, she was supposed to marry him, however, this was not realized when it was revealed that Kethan was not Heroise's son. (LEOPARD).

 Thanta

A wise woman from the village north of Es, where Nolar lived as a child. She didn't want to educate her because of the birthmark. (EXILE).

 Thantop

Mountain valley in High Hallack. Thantop was a small coastal mountain valley ruled by Furlo before the Alizon War. She had a commercial relationship with Sulkar. Thantop was probably ransacked by Alizon. (YEAR OF THE UNICORN).

 Tharna

Keplianica, Hylan's mother. She befriended Eleeri after Eleeri freed her and her foal from her captors. (KEY OF THE KEPLIANS).

 The Thases

An underground intelligent race that resides in Escore and the Great Wasteland. Her element was the earth - they were able to shape it according to their needs. They served the darkness. Described as small and lopsided, the arms and legs are covered with rough bristles resembling a mat woven of roots and thin fibers, the body thick of gray color covered with tufts of stiff bristled hair. The broad shoulders directly supported the skull. The jaws and a small chin were placed at a sharp angle. The nose seemed to be attached just above the lipless mouth. Eyes set deep on both sides of the head. They wore no clothing. The eyes glowed red in the gloom. (WIZARD OF THE WITCH WORLD, GRIFFIN IN GLORY, other books).

 Theela

Keplianica, emaciated and scarred from the foal's futile defense. She rarely spoke. A resident of the Keplian Valley with Eleeri. She came in her retinue to the Great Gathering to close the Gates. (KEY OF THE KEPLIANS, GUARDIAN OF THE WORLD OF WITCHES).

 Theora

An ancient queen of the falconers, about whom a story has been written, passed down by the Falconers from generation to generation. He treats the siege of the city of Salzaret, the betrayal of the queen by Langward - the man she elevated to a high position, and her magical stopping of time in the name of Jonkara to prevent disgrace. One of the settlers of High Hallack, son and heir of Tugness. Thinner than his father, he dragged his feet, his arms were dangling, he looked stupid when he wasn't. He was a master crossbow shooter. He stalked Gathea, thinking of her as prey. (CROWN OF DEER HORNS).

 Thos

A place, most likely in Arvan, near which a battle was fought in the Times of the Last Battle. During this battle, Mr. Kardis was killed. (LEOPARD).

 Thresses

The name of the Force pronounced by Wittle. Her/his quality was power. (CAT GATE).

 Thrius

Name mentioned by Firdun in the spell next to Landisl. (GATE CLOSURE).

 Thurhu

Name mentioned by a Kolder officer at Kolder's base, probably referring to one of the few Kolderczyks from the Witch World. (A WORLD OF WITCHES IN A TRAP).

 Timon

A resident of the High Hallack Valley District. Son of Nalda and Stark. He escaped during the Allied attack on Ithdale. (CRYSTAL GRIFFIN).

 Tirtha of Falconhorn

A noblewoman of the Old Race descended from the house of Hawkhorn, daughter of the younger brother of the head of the family. During the three trumpets of the old race, her father was with his newlywed wife near the borders of Estcarpu. and they managed to escape to Estcarp. Tirtha, as their only child, was in possession of the family sword and the ring with the house's crest. As a child, she was educated by a Wise Woman. She wandered around Estcarpa hiring herself out for various jobs - field, farming, etc. For one winter she took care of the elderly in Lormta.

She organizes an expedition to Falcon Horn in response to a call sent by Ninutra to the members of the Falcon Tribe - her guide is Nirel the Falconer. There, she learns that her task is to fulfill the family's oath and return the artifact hidden in the casket and kept in the castle to the temple of Ninutra in Escore. Physically defeated and almost killed by Gerik's Gang during a clash in the family stronghold, she does not allow the casket to be taken away from her. She was then taken to Escore with the artifact so that Rane could take the casket from her. Along with Nirel, Alon, Crytha, Joan, and Uruk, he fights Rane and the Light forces are victorious.  It-Who-Travels-Peaks

A phenomenon wreaking havoc on Arvon's main road in the vicinity of Arvon's gate. In the distant past, Sylvya showed Maleron the true nature of his way. In a fit of anger, he summoned from another world mounts, hunters and dogs. The hunters were like humans with shimmering gold Their skin, mounts, and dogs were larger than ordinary, resembling amphibians. Thus began the hunt for Sylvya. The unfortunate victim begged Neave not to allow her to be captured. Neave listened to her pleas and cast a spell, stretching her escape back in time and space, so that both the prey and the hunters were stretched between the worlds sometimes seen in the Witch World as He-Who-Travels-the-Peaks. This phenomenon manifested itself at night on the road leading to Arvon and seen was different by each rtocha, usually as a indistinct, hazy outlines.  Togrian Horses

A breed of horse, also called Togrians, originating from the moors bordering the Tor Marsh. Rare horses, known for their speed and endurance, very valuable in Estcarp. Most of the population remained under the control of Seneschal Estcarpu. Not very beautiful to the eye, usually dark brown with a mane and bristles devoid of shine. Tolar

Called Tolar of HaHarc. One of Escore's historical figures. He wielded the Tongue of Ice, one of Escore's four Great Weapons. He fought on the side of the Light in the Last Battle. Mortally wounded in a clash with Targi during this battle, he disabled Icetongue for a long time, throwing it into a lake of boiling lava. His consciousness chose Yonan in the post-Great Upheaval to bring about the final destruction of Targi. (MAGIC SWORDS).

 Tolfana

A resident of the High Hallack Valley District. She was given refuge at Norstead Abbey during the war with Alizon. The daughter of a powerful magnate, she was not pretty. (YEAR OF THE UNICORN).

 Tomer

Resident of High Hallack. After the war with Alizon, he is a young boy from the Seakeep Valley learning to read in the castle. (SEA FORTRESS).

 Axeman

A name given to a man from an unknown people wielding a magical axe made of blue-glowing steel. He wields the magic of the earth, scattering colored powders during rituals. He found himself in the labyrinth of Laquit fog and survived with his axe, saving the lives of others. The dark eyes looked piercing and cold. The torso was decorated with necklaces of colorful beads mixed with animal tusks. The dark brown leather was decorated with colorful patterns. His coarse black hair was tied together with a strip of red cloth. A strip of metal discs studded with blue stones supported the narrow trousers, which were also leggings of tanned leather, decorated with tassels at the outer seams. He wore leather boots trimmed with beads and claws. At the time of the destruction, Laquit appeared to be a middle-aged man. He remained in the survivors' village. (DEAD SHIP HARBOR).

 Wedding Axe

A custom practiced in both Karsten and High Halllack, it is likely that its reach can be extended to the high houses of the entire Witch World.  Torans

The inhabitants of the Tor Marshes, possibly the only indigenous race of the Eastern Continent of the Witch World. From this breed came the mother of Koris of Gorm, and Tursla, the wife of Koris's son. They refer to themselves as the ones whom Volt has gathered around him to teach them his power. It is not known whether it is a property of the village or the inhabitants that they are able to move their bodies from place to place. Characteristic features: short, powerfully built, hands disproportionately long, heads covered with dark fluff instead of hair. They relayed messages to the outside on bark scrolls.  Torgus

Probably a resident of High Hallack. Ancestor of Briksja. He conquered the power of the Llan's Stone, whatever it was. Also called Trogus. (CURSE OF THE ARSTHOR).

 Torgusa, home

Descendants of Torgus. Lords of Moorachdale, a small mountain valley in southern High Hallack. All indications are that the entire family perished in the war with Alizon, except for Brichsia. (CURSE OF THE ARSTHOR).

A song celebrating Torgus's deeds against the power of the Llan's stone. (CURSE OF THE ARSTHOR).

 Torkis

Commander of a 120-man detachment sent from Raven Field to help defend against the Sultanites. Pierced with a spear, covering Tarlach with his own body. (PACT OF FALCONERS).

 Toross

A resident of the High Hallack Valley District. Son of Islaugha. He visited Ithdale in the fall, helping with the hunt to increase Ithcrypt's winter supplies. He was a friend of Joisan and wished to inherit the dignity of Lord Ithdale. Toross was killed in the war with Alizon. It was said that he was very handsome and admired by young women. (CRYSTAL GRIFFIN).

 Toru, Marshes

A wetland inhabited by the Torans, on the border Estcarpu and Alizon. In the areas of these swamps was the Gate through which Simon Tregarth entered the Witch World. There were ruins of an ancient civilization in this area, along with the remains of orchards, buildings, and roads. Simon Tregarth stumbled upon a statue of Volt while hiking.  Route of the Defeated

A road built by the forces of Darkness, framed by the skulls of those defeated by the Darkness. Its beginning was guarded by obelisks, grey as the surrounding trees, formed in the shape of something that crouched leaning forward, supported by one clawed paw, arms bent, neck barely visible, conical bald skull and eyes burning with yellow light. It leads through Fooger to a hill with a replica of the Witch World. (CAT GATE).

 Tregarth, Jaelithe

A woman from the Old Race of Estcarpu. A witch, one of the most powerful witches of Estcarpu in her time. Jaelithe undertook dangerous missions against Estcarpu's enemies. She met Simon Tregarth while on the run from the Alizon Dogs. She worked with him again during the Witches' actions against Gorm and Kolder, and traveled with Simon to Karsten, Gorm, and Kolder's nest. Jaelithe eventually decided to give up her place among the Witches and marry Simon. She was stripped of her position and dismissed without a word of thanks.

Jaelithe gave birth to triplets: Kyllan, Kemoc, and Kaththea, foretelling their destiny: warrior, wizard, witch. Before the children were fully grown, Jaelithe had followed Simon beyond Estcarp to another world. Eventually, fate brought Jaelithe and Simon together with the adult Kaththea, who escaped the witches to return with her and the Adept Hirarion to the Witch World. Remaining in Escore for a short time to aid in the war against the growing power of darkness, Jaelithe and Simon eventually returned to Estcarp. There they helped to finally close all the gates opened by various forces.

Jaelithe was tall, slender, and wore long black silky hair. (WORLD OF WITCHES, WORLD OF WITCHES IN A TRAP, THREE AGAINST THE WORLD OF WITCHES, SORCERESS OF THE WORLD OF WITCHES, MAGIC STONE, GUARDIAN OF THE WORLD OF WITCHES/CLOSING THE GATES).

 Tregarth, Simon

Man of the earth. His family originally came from Cornwall, but he was born in Matacham, Pennsylvania, United States. He served in the United States Army during World War II, rose to the rank of colonel, but was demoted for black market operations after the war. Simon worked for a man named Hanson, possibly in the service of a criminal organization, but eventually defied him and had to flee to save his skin. He spent a year in prison for an act he did not commit. He met George Petronius, the guardian of the Dangerous Throne, and used this method to get through the gate to the Witch World.

Tregarth entered Estcarp through a gate in southern Alizona near the border. He accepted the service of the Witches of Estcarpu and fought against Kolder, traveled to Gorm, Karsten, and finally to the island where Kolder's nest lay. Simon married the witch Jaelithe, who bore him three children: Kyllan, Kemoc, and Kaththea.

He was given command of the defenders of the borders, special forces that watched the actions of the Karsten army. After some time, Simon set out from Estcarp to investigate news of a Kolder base. When no word was heard from him, Jaelithe set off after Simon. They crossed over to another world and eventually met Kathtea again, who followed the Adept Hilarion to a technical world devastated by a terrible war. Simon, Jaelithe, Kaththea, and Hilarion returned to the Witch World through Hilarion's gate. There, they became embroiled in the ancient wars of Escore, but with Hilarion's help, they helped tip the scales in favor of the Light, and Simon and Jaelithe finally returned to Estcarp. After the Great Stir, he defended the northern borders of Estcarp from attacks by the Alizonians.

When the Magic Stone disappeared from the Witch World and the gates began to open one by one, Simon and Jaelithe helped locate and close the various gates. A member of the Kioga people. The Last Drummer of Nidu's Shadows. Nidu used it to the limit, it was said that she was taking away my life force. He died eight years before Joisan and Kerovan appeared with the Kiogs. (GRIFFIN NEST).

Chief of the Vupsall tribe where Kathtea resided for a time, reigning before the Great Stir, son of Cain, seventh of Utta's husbands. (SORCERESS OF WITCHES).

 Trevamper

A town in North High Halllack. Merchants flocked there for the fair held each year for the densely populated northern part of the Valley Country. Trevamper lay at the intersection of the land route and the river. The river flowing through the Trevamper was navigable, and trade in the area was profitable enough to attract the Sulkarians.  Trevon

The son of Elys and Jervon, he is 19 years younger than his sister Eydryth due to his mother's imprisonment in another world during pregnancy. According to the prophecy, he was the seventh, "the last link to connect all those who walk the path on the right." His name means hope in the Old Speech. (SONGWEAVER).

 Trevor

 Gunnora's Throne

A place in the Great Wilderness. From a distance, looking like a crag in the middle of a plain, a larger-than-life throne of white rock studded with crystals. Surrounded by a grove of laran. In front of him was a pool or mirror made of stainless metal. The figure seated on the throne was shrouded in folded fabrics that only larger-than-life human hands resting on the arms of the throne could be seen. Her head was bowed as if she were leaning towards a mirror. Gunnora's ghost may have resided in this place. (GATE CLOSURE).

 Truan

A man from Estcarp, a companion of Almondia, set out on a journey in a sulkar ship. During a storm he was wounded in the head - saved by the inhabitants of Wark he had to learn all over again basic activities. After his recovery, he remained in Wark as a fisherman and blacksmith until the war with Alizon. He went off to war, leaving behind two adolescent children in Wark Elyna and Elys.  Trudas

One of the settlers of High Hallack, the girl who is supposed to look after Iynne during Garn's house's trip to the wild orchard. (CROWN OF DEER HORNS).

 Trussant

The horse of the Werebeast Riders, slightly larger than the Kyogan race, apple-colored, eyes of a light green color, as if without pupils. (ON GUARD OF THE WITCH WORLD).

 Trumpets the sentence three times

A method of pronouncing a death sentence used in karsten, a permission to kill with impunity the person concerned. Prince Yvian passed such a sentence on the Old Race in revenge for the loss of the envoys and the bride. He was probably provoked to do so by Kolder. (WORLD OF WITCHES).

 Tsali
