Below is a digital scan of page 16 of one of Andre's personal scrapbooks. The original is about 10 inches long, look closely and you can see the fold.

We believe that it was labeled by Barbi Johnson and this copy was sent to Andre for approval.

After close examination, we are quite positive that it's not Andre's handwriting.
